It is so lovely to have our services up and running for the Community after such a long break!
We have been open from the very beginning of the Covid 19 pandemic as an emergency food distribution centre, providing food to the local and surrounding community and we continue to provide that vital service to our most vulnerable and elderly residents.
We have been working with the Council, service providers and community groups to make our building “COVID secure” and have implemented a series of measures to make staff, volunteers and users safe in our building – if you wish to see any of our risk assessments for a particular service, please contact the reception staff.
The following services and organisations are currently back running in the Centre:
- After School club
- Food Bank
- Sunday Church services
- Centre 404 Day Service for adults with special needs
- Blythwood Community Nursery
- Special people
- Hall hire (restrictions apply)
- Weddings and Funeral (up to 30 people)
- Dance Adventure, Ballet and Contemporary dance
We are in the process of restarting other services but are waiting for confirmation to comply with the government’s guidelines, so please keep an eye out on the website for further updates.
If you would like any further information on any of the above, please contact us on 0207 263 1067.
